This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through wisewomanboutique.
Shipping Area
We currently deliver orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- $6.99 standard shipping on orders of $75 or less
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after processing.
The estimated total delivery period is 5–10 business days, including order processing and carrier transit time.
Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, holidays, high order volume, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but it cannot be located, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Damaged Orders
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged.
Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
Separate Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. When this happens, each shipment may have a different tracking number. No additional shipping charge will be applied.
